Return & Refund Policy
At CTRL+7 by Mekame, every product is made-to-order and custom-printed exclusively for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is governed by the terms of our fulfilment partner, Printrove. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Commitment to You
We stand fully behind the quality of every item we send you. If something goes wrong on our end — a defective print, a damaged product, or a lost shipment — we will make it right at no additional cost.
2. Eligible Returns & Replacements
You are entitled to a free replacement in the following cases:

Misprinted Items: The item received has a print defect or misprint.

Damaged / Defective Products: The item arrives damaged or defective.

Lost in Transit: Your package is confirmed lost by the courier.
⚠️ Replacement claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery (or within 5 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments). Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.
3. How to Raise a Claim

Raise a return/refund request

Attach images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.

Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.

Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind, size, or colour selection.

Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
-
Products rejected by the customer without a valid quality-related reason.
Size/colour exchanges are solely at our discretion and will be treated as a new order at the customer's expense.
5. Cancellations

After printing or dispatch: Cancellations cannot be accepted.
6. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credits, typically within 5–7 business days after approval. We do not process refunds for size/colour change requests or customer-rejected orders.
7. Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders
If a package is undeliverable (incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal):

We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges apply.

If unreachable within 30 days of the RTO, the product may be donated with no refunds
-
No refunds will be issued for RTO orders caused by incorrect address details.
