Shipping Policy

All orders are printed and fulfilled by our partner Printrove, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All items are made-to-order. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins.

  • Standard Processing: 90% of orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days.

  • Target Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 48–72 hours of confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or festive seasons.

2. Domestic Delivery (India)

All domestic orders are shipped via Delhivery, FedEx, or India Speed Post.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • End-to-End Timeline: Approximately 6–9 working days from order to delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates. CTRL+7 by Mekame is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Prepaid Shipping: Final price is all inclusive of shipping charge i.e FREE SHIPPING.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available

Exact shipping fees are always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to go live.

6. International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and India Post for select destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Availability is subject to country serviceability at the time of order.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Address corrections after dispatch may attract an additional fee.

  • CTRL+7 by Mekame is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a reprint and re-shipment at no extra charge after courier verification.
